~ Old Cargo-Pants....+ A little Bit of Imagination.... = Great new Book bags... Purses... & Anything else you can dream up! Others might just see old pants....I see the potential of the pocket!
~~This has got to be one of my very favorite ways to make something Fabulous out of something Old! We've finally found a fun alternative to ditching all those great cargo pants that my 12 yr. old Jake out grows Entirely too fast! He was especially proud that I kept & used his pocket (below) even though it had a couple of paint spots, he dripped when painting one day with his dad.
Recycle....Up-cycle.... Re-purpose.... Call it what you will.... I call it Fun!.... As we here at barefoot Surf love to mix things up a bit.... we've made this fun little book bag reversible.... too! Gotta love the flip side!
The strap was also made from the leftover waistband...."Waist" not.. Want not! Sorry ..I just couldn't help myself.
