~~ This is our first Funky Surf wrap.............made with lots of love....It is up-cycled from all of my fave old clothes... fabric scraps.... & even a few curtain samples someone passed along my way....that I couldn't bring myself to throw out. This One Of A Kind... has great teal zig-zag stitches, a wrap around tie, & pearly snaps for fun,... My sweet Girl Gracelyn even insisted I Bedazzle it a bit..... I took her up on it!
~They say Necessity is the Mother of Invention.... that is true in this case, too.I found that....As my family & I Love to surf & usually make it out at least once a week in the summer.... the kids aren't always so excited about wearing their sandy wetsuits home at the end of the day...Honestly I just can't blame them. But getting dressed in a parking lot can be quite a challenge. I made this rugged little wrap to fit around my suit making it easier to get dressed, a bit more discretely, after a long day in the waves.
